Is everything really free?
Yes. You can create and download documents without paying. A free account is optional.
Do I need to create an account?
No. You only need an account to save documents, see your download history or submit your own template designs.
How do I download my document?
Press Download PDF in the editor. A short countdown runs, then the A4 PDF downloads automatically. Please keep the page open until it finishes.
Why is there a countdown before the download?
The countdown keeps the free service sustainable and prevents automated abuse. It is usually only a few seconds.
The PDF did not download. What should I do?
Allow downloads for this website in your browser, keep the page open during the countdown and press Try again if you see it. You will not be counted twice.
Can I print instead of downloading?
Yes. Use the Print option, then choose Save as PDF as the destination if you want a text-based PDF.
Templates
Can I change the colours and fonts?
Yes. In the editor you can change the design, colour, font, text size and photo shape at any time.
Can I submit my own template?
Yes. Log in, customise a design in the editor and choose Submit as public template. Our team reviews each submission before it is published. Only the design is shared, never your personal details.
Account and privacy
How do I verify my email?
After signing up we send a link to your email. Open it to activate your account. Check the spam folder if you cannot find it, and use Resend verification on the login page.
How do I delete my account?
Open Account → Profile and choose delete account. Your saved documents and history are removed.
Who can see my saved documents?
Only you, when you are logged in. Saved documents are never shown publicly.
